RESTAURANT
The Hotel Moderno restaurant is based on the typical Tuscany cooking, renowned for its genuine and fresh ingredients: home made pasta, "chianina" local meat, geme, mushrooms,  “Extravergine di oliva “ Tuscany olive oil (from Reggello!).
Please try: tagliatelle with hare (or wild boar), “Chianina" beef, fillet with green pepper (or truffle) and Roasted T-Bone steak. During summer you can choose where having your lunch or your dinner: in our huge lounge or outside in the garden.

We're glad to remark that our restaurant wine bar is well assorted, with wonderful and important Tuscany and Italian wines, as Sassicaia, Solaia, Tignanello, Ornellaia ……
